                                                        Step 1 - Setting Goals

                                                  "A Challenge - To MySelf"

Week 3, Day 2 - The Needle on my weighing machine is just not buzzing since last 3 days. In the morning ,I have been 65.3 kgs and by night I reach 66 ,only to reach 65.3 again next morning.

And trust me, My motivation is going down. So, I decide to challenge myself.
Remember, without a goal post, no goal is achievable.

So, I write down my goal ,
Target Weight -55 kg in next 9 weeks

Let me first evaluate my goal on SMART
1. Specific - Yes , I want to lose weight
2. Measurable - Yes,10 kgs in 9 weeks
3. Achievable - yes, I need to lose 1.1 kgs/week
4. Realistic - Yes , 1.1 kg/week is a healthy weight loss, though a little ambitious
5. Time-bound - Yes, I have 9 weeks to lose these 10 kgs

So, after my MBA self is gloating with the framework usage in my goal making journey ,I venture out to find myself something to eat..

Tip 1 of the Day - Buy the weighing Machine ASAP. Not just asap ,in fact today, in fact RIGHT NOW.
Because you really need to see the needle losing/gaining those 100 gms, 300 gms to give you the courage to follow through..!

Tip 2 of the Day - There will be multiple weight loss plateaus in our journey. We just need to keep fighting them with Innovative solutions. Let's just keep moving for now, ONE STEP AT A TIME.

Because in Failure,You are not alone..!!

                                                  "The Beginnings & the Musings"

After One failed attempt at LCHF, I wasn't too keen to re-start. Then started the mandatory-husband-weight-tease and after one long verbal duel, Mister accepted the challenge of following through ANY kind of food served to him.

2 weeks and 3 kgs later , he is still going strong..! :( :)

Learning from my last attempt : LCHF is not a diet,  it's a lifestyle but let's take it one step a time. Otherwise,it looks so dark and deep and such a waste..Wait,what.. No pasta, pizza ,burgers for my entire life ??!!

You must be kidding,right ?

No, LCHF really is a commitment of lifetime. But with some simple changes, it can become as interesting as food groups we are used to of eating.

Many bloggers say they have adopted LCHF as a lifestyle change coz they feel it's best for health.

Yes, correct.

Yours truly has done a lot of research but at this moment , weight loss without starving myself or mister is the only goal. And, to manage 9-6 drudgery along-with the same.

2 weeks , 3 kgs down, well,it's working... Till now, no work-out added.. Let's see how far we can go and how our journey stands and changes with the test of time..!! Come along ,let's start together..!!

Jai Mata di.. !! Let's rock..!! :D
